    Huuu..today no student...ALAM student not yet back!!!! Waaaa.. i'm stuck here and searching more info for my MASTER thesis.....Title already change and headache with this....all my questionnaire is burn!!! i need to do again or just forget it??? Can finish this coming december...5 time change title..4 time doing pilot test...and etc..huuu..i hope this title will remain till i graduate next year...AMIN...my title is PEMBANGUNAN KEPIMPINAN PEGAWAI NAVIGASI MELALUI PENGENALPASTIAN TAHAP KEMAHIRAN INSANIAH:SATU TINJAUAN or in English is NAVIGATION OFFICER LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE SOFT SKILLS IDENTIFICATION:AN OVERVIEW ....any comment and idea please help me so i can improve my thesis...
