1.      Safe Water Mark- I explained the buoy and how I pass it, I will pass either port or starboard at a safe distance because still has navigable water around it.

2.      Isolated danger mark- I explained the buoy and how I pass it, I will pass also either side, port or starboard at a safe distance because it has navigable water around it.

3.      Port hand buoy region A- explain, where I put this buoy when entering and leaving the port.

4.      A PDV in TSS on the port bow, I am a PDV which about to cross. The questions is simple and tricky, who will stand on and who will give way? I answer, I'm give way vessel, she is stand on. My action is I let her pass first then my turn to cross. But, that was wrong. Correct answer is, I'm stand on, she is give way, as per Rule 15!! Because Rule 10. Alpha said 'does not relieved any vessel of her obligation' under any other rule', so, still comply crossing situation.
